FORMACER TERMS OF SERVICE

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing, accessing, or using the Formacer Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Formacer is a Chrome extension that helps users autofill forms across websites. The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Formacer is free and open source software with the following usage limitations:

• Each user is limited to 100,000 input tokens per month
• Upon reaching this limit, additional functionality may be restricted until the next monthly cycle
• Usage is tracked by user account (identified by email)

"Input tokens" refer to the individual form field words processed for autofill purposes. Usage counters reset at the beginning of each calendar month.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using Formacer, you agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Formacer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formacer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Formacer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Extension, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Chrome Web Store and within the extension settings. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
